Marketo – is Marketo’s customer portal for documentation, discussions, and support. I took on the job of rewriting our documentation, redesigning the site (down to the HTML, JavaScript, and CSS), and setting up a home for vibrant communication with and between our customers. We leveraged a third-part SAAS product to host our new support home, and migrating and redesigning the site was a difficult task within their framework.

After launch, we’ve seen a steady stream of discussions, ideas, and questions which has solidified our position as a supported-oriented company in the minds of our customers. Styling the site after our corporate website solidified the user experience and branding across our web properties, and our sales team often uses the site in their demos to show our commitment to service.
