As VP of Product at Storefront, I directly managed 1 PM, 1 UX designer, and 6 engineers remotely to create all of the tech products for the company. Some of my accomplishments include:
- Represent the product and tech team on the executive team
- Creating the team’s KPIs, processes, and roadmap
- Conducting user research and data analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies for the company
- Setting up analytics and A/B testing frameworks so we could rapidly test and launch changes
