At Crowdtap, I was Director of Product and managed a team of 3 PMs and 1 UX. I spent most of my time managing my team and working on large projects, so I don’t have any pieces of my own work to show here.
Some of my accomplishments include:
- Redesigning our client dashboard with a cross-functional team taken from across the company
- Running the company’s first design sprint to create a plan for a new consumer mobile app
- Hiring the company’s first user researcher to provide insights and conduct usability tests
- Launching the company’s first BI solution, and using it to find and mitigate users who were abusing our platform
