Promonet Pro is IODA’s digital marketing initiative for music labels, providing free music to promotional music outlets (like bloggers and podcasters) and tracking the response for the labels. I was charged with documenting the business processes needed to make Promonet Pro work, along with managing the changes needed to the IODA web properties — Promonet, the Rightsholder Dashboard, our internal tools, and the IODA homepage.
It was a huge task, and I had the help of a consulting UI designer towards the end of the project. In the end, we hit our target date, launching the first Promonet Pro clients on time, completing the marketing material, and adding new features over the following weeks to complete the project.
